Awaken, Ravensbridge! It is Odin who awakens you,
who hung from the Great World Tree.
Yield up your mighty champions
Of blade and bow, knife and distaff.
Huginn and Muninn he sends to you,
ravens of Thought and Memory.
Each seeking Champions
that their prowess may be proven.
Bring forth your Warriors of Sword and Shield,
your Warriors of Rapier and your Warriors of Bow.
Bring forth your Artisans and your Warriors of Axe and Knife,
that they may hold the fate of Men in their hands.
Join Ravensbridge as they celebrate their fifth year of Huginn & Muninn!
Odin himself has sent out his two ravens, Huginn and Muninn, in search of champions in all manner of skills. Each raven has found challengers and brought them to the field, where they may vie for the honour of Champion in their respective skill. And for those who have taken a break from going a Viking during the winter months, what better time to get in shape for the summer battles?
Take up the banner of either Huginn or Muninn, and compete in armored combat melees, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, and arts & science.
More details on the various competition specifics will follow.
A Norse dayboard will be included with the gate fee. Menu to follow.
